Before going inside the Topkapi Palace, meet your host between 9:30 AM and 5 PM next to the Tourism Police. Look for the Topkapi Cafe and the Tours&Tickets kiosk and hosts with flags in their hands. You can not enter the palace without your host. The host departs for the Palace every 30 minutes.
